Volunteer Effort
The evolution of HMN continues to be strongly supported by volunteers and their commitment to the mission. Without this commitment, the monitoring program would not exist. The following table summarizes the first five years of the HMN - its growth and the volunteer commitment.

The HMN has steadily grown during its first five years of operation. The
support and commitment of our citizen scientists and volunteers has been steadfast
and extensive. Without their support, the HMN would not exist. We salute our
volunteers!
